I love my new H14R.2 headlamp! It came out of the box ready to use. The head strap was all set up and fit me perfectly without needing to adjust it. The instructions are difficult to understand with all the little pictures and no words, but I was able to figure out the on/off switches easily. Still don't know about the flashing capability. The light is very bright. I use it for task lighting while working around the house. Heck, I could just leave the house lights off and use this to save the extra electricity. I recommend this quality product.

I bought my first Ledlendser H14r.2 headlamp 7 years ago. It along with my backup headlamps have been used and abused while mushing and working with sled dogs. My very 1st headlamp just died after 7 years of use. I have to say that is pretty impressive given the use and temps it's been used in (as low as -40's). I bought a new one to replace the one that died and was impressed that the price hasn't shot up like everything else out there. I also love that if the rechargeable battery dies on the trail you can replace it with 4 AA lithium batteries.
