Pretty obvious this is German engineering at work. Heavy, top-quality build, bulletproof materials, great design decisions. Emitter is scary bright on the top setting…not for use around pets or young kids, but a perfect choice for camping, boating, or a poorly lit garage when you need to work on the vehicles. The very strong magnet on board makes this tool more practical than you can imagine…I can mount it vertically to most walls in the house, rendering it an auxiliary flood for any room. Impressive battery life, with the 2.5K-lumen highest setting lasting a generous 2 hours. Heat sink is effective at dissipating the inescapable heat soak intrinsic to these high output LED emitters. Tilt frame is great for floor use. Obvious trophy for flashlight geeks, but still probably the most practical high-output lamp I own.
